By this petition, the only relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent No.2 to hear and decide the petitioner's appeal dated 10th June 2025. The said appeal is filed against the order dated 2nd May 2025 passed by the respondent No.1 herein.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned A.G.P., nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
