The Administrator is present in the Court in furtherance of the order dated 10 December 2025.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Administrator, on instructions, states that the voters' list has been prepared, and a Deputy Registrar has been appointed. It is further stated that the election will be completed at the earliest, and a detailed election programme will be published by tomorrow. Such an undertaking given in Court is treated as undertaking before the Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the Administrator regarding steps being taken and timeline for conduct of elections, the Petition is disposed of

However, if it is found that the statement made by the Administrator is not complied with, the Petitioner is at liberty to initiate proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
