The petitioner seeks to challenge the communication contained in the letter dated 10th November 2025 issued through the Registrar (Vigilance-I), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. After stating that it was only a short distance of about 22 kilometers which the petitioner is required to travel to stay with his wife, faced with a query from the Court as to vested right in the petitioner to seek transfer to a particular place, may be where his wife is residing, Mr. Rahul Kadam the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for the matter to be kept back. Later on, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement in the Court that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw this writ petition.
