Mr. Soman, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner had mentioned the Writ Petition in view of the Respondent-Bank having scheduled the taking of possession of the secured asset in the later part of this morning. Since the Respondent-Bank was not represented, the petitioner was directed to serve the Respondent-Bank and the matter was placed for production.

When the matter came up for production, Mr. Soman has submitted that the Respondent-Bank has already taken possession of the --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 11th December 2025

Sangita Tejpal Pachori v. Sammaan Capital Ltd. WP 16922 /2025 secured asset. He has sought for expeditious hearing of the Securitisation Application by DRT II, Mumbai.

Considering that the Respondent-Bank who is now represented by Counsel has taken possession of the secured asset pursuant to the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act 2002, the DRT II, Mumbai is directed to hear and dispose of Securitisation Application (D) No.1980 of 2025 within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
