Leave to amend to challenge the order dated 26/08/2025 which is at page no. 120 of the paper-book is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today. Amended copy of the Petition be served on learned AGP. Consequential amendment to the memo of Petition is permitted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the structures around the temple have already been demolished pursuant to the action taken by the Collector. Prima facie, from the materials especially, order of Sub-Divisional Officer dated 27/04/2012, it appears that the possession of the land which is the subject matter of the Petition is with the 1/2
INGLE 17-WP-16932-25.doc Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would not raise any structure over the subject land during the pendency of this Petition. The Petitioner's possession not to be disturbed till the next date.

After the amendment is carried out, affidavit-in-reply to be filed by the Respondents within a period of 2 weeks.

It is made clear that the aforesaid observations are prima facie. 5.
