An arguable question is raised as by an earlier order dated 28th March, 2016, the Competent Authority had dismissed an application filed by respondent No.1 Society for grant of a Certificate of Unilateral Deemed Conveyance.

Issue notice to the respondents, for final disposal, returnable on 9th February, 2026.

The learned AGP waives notice for the State - respondent No.27.
