Based on the order passed by this Court on 17/12/2024, Mrs. Shinde, the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6-State has obtained instructions and submits that the revision application preferred by the Petitioner is pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister. Although notice is yet to be issued to the other side, yet an attempt would be made to dispose of the revision application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks.

905. WP 16967 OF 2025.DOC has confirmed that an application for interim stay has been filed alongwith the revision application but no order has been passed therein.

3.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition by providing that the revision application be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the timeline as mentioned hereinabove. 4.

It is also provided that the application for interim relief made by the Petitioner, be considered and appropriate order be passed therein, within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
