The challenge in the present petition arises out of the grant of pre-registration permission permitting the respondents to open a bank account and for reservation of name. Such an order is appealable under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. However, the petitioner has filed a revision application, which is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the present petition cannot be entertained. It is, therefore, open to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy available under law, in accordance with law.
