Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

The challenge in this petition is to an Order dated 4th November, 2025 whereby, the entertainment licence of the Petitioner has been cancelled. The Petitioner has preferred an Appeal against the said Order.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the Petitioner has preferred an Application for stay to the impugned order passed by the 1/2 Arjun

Competent Authority on 4th November, 2025, however, the said application has not been heard.

Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel, submitted that, the impugned order is in teeth of the binding precedents of this Court. 5.

The learned AGP submitted that as the Petitioner has already availed the statutory remedy, the appeal be directed to be expeditiously decided.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 22nd December, 2025.

7.

The Respondent No. 2 is requested to decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the appearance of the Petitioner before the Appellate Authority.

8.

In the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the Impugned Order shall remain stayed till the decision of the Appeal by the Respondent No. 2.
