By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 13/08/2024, 28/08/2024, 04/10/2024 and 19/06/2025 seeking S. T. Bus Stops on both sides of the Pune Bangalore Highway, at Punawale, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation submits that the Petitioner's representations have been considered and after conducting a survey and site inspection, the request was not found viable, for providing S. T. Bus Stops, on either sides of the Pune Bangalore Highway, at Punawale, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune. 2/3

Considering that the Petitioner's grievance stands redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Petition. 5.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
