Mr. Sangramsingh R. Bhonsle, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement on the instructions of Mr. Shivaji Namdeo Kumbare, the proprietor of the petitioner-firm that all compliances as indicated in show cause reply at page 74 of the paper-book have been carried out by the petitioner-firm. 2.

Mr. Bhonsle, the learned counsel for the petitioner-firm further makes a statement that the petitioner-firm shall produce through an affidavit all details of purchases made and payments made through the Bank Accounts and other details as required.

In view of the statement made at the Bar, the Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board shall cause an inquiry on 26th December 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the premises of the petitioner-firm, that is, Plot No.735, Village Urwade, Tal. Mulshi, District Pune. The proprietor of the firm or any one of his authorized agent shall remain physically present at 10.30 a.m. on 26th December 2025 and they shall provide access to all records and installations at the petitioner-firm. Till then there shall be status quo as on date.

Before the recess, we had indicated to Mr. Bhonsle, the learned counsel for the petitioner-firm regarding requirement for satisfying this Court as regards show cause reply given by the petitioner-firm which does not contain any details whatsoever. We have put this to the learned counsel for the petitioner-firm that in the event of any discrepancy or if it is found that the statement made at the Bar was incorrect, an exemplary cost of Rs 25 lakhs shall be imposed upon the petitioner-firm.
