As clearly informed by Mr.Rebello, learned counsel for the Petitioner, that an application filed by the Petitioner is pending consideration of the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (`AGRC'). It is now informed that next date of the AGRC is being convened on Friday, 19th December 2025. 2.

If this be the case, in our opinion, this petition ought not to be taken forward as we permit the Petitioner to move the AGRC for urgent reliefs the Petitioner intend to seek in such proceedings. If such an application is made, the AGRC will give due consideration. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
