Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 28th January, 2026. Considering the conspectus of the matter, this Petition would be listed in the urgent supplementary board.

The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that no order has
been passed by any officer and there has been no indulgence on the part of any of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, for the stoppage of the salaries of these Petitioners.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the approval of the Petitioners are intact. The Shalarth I.D. is intact. Payment of salaries have been suddenly halted from April, 2025. Neither any show cause notice was issued by the Management to the Petitioners, nor the State has initiated any action. 5.
The learned AGP submits that the Deputy Direction of Education, Nashik has initiated some inquiry by calling upon the Petitioners to submit certain documents. The Petitioners have submitted the documents. The learned AGP clarifies that Respondent No. 2 has not passed any order of stoppage of salary.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to tender the bills for the outstanding salaries until December, 2025, to Respondent No. 3 within a period of 15 days from the date of service of this Order by the Petitioners upon the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Within 3 working days thereafter, Respondent No. 3 would clear the bills and
submit them to Respondent No. 4. He would clear all these arrears of payments on or before 7th January, 2026. So also the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 would ensure that the bills of monthly salary of these Petitioners are tendered to Respondent No. 3, in routine course along with all other employees from the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Institution, in so far as the payment of salaries for the months of December 2025 onwards payable in January, 2026 and onwards. 7.
All office objections shall be removed on or before 19th January, 2026, failing which the Petition to stand dismissed on 20th January, 2026 without reference to the Court. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
