This petition is filed for a limited purpose to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune (DRT) for expeditious and time-bound disposal of pending Original Application No.733 of 2019 filed by the respondent - bank.

Although the prayer for expeditious disposal is made, we are informed that the pleadings are yet to be completed before the DRT. 3.

In view of the above, the parties are directed to complete the pleadings before the DRT within six weeks from today. The DRT is directed to dispose of Original Application No.733 of 2019 and pending interim applications, if any, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, before 31.08.2026.
