Prima facie, the Registrar has adjudicated substantive rights of the parties by holding that the general body resolution is not in accordance with law, which power the Registrar does not possess nor does have adjudicatory powers under Section 154B-23. 3.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
