We have considered the strenuous submissions of Ms. Shiovoikar along with Mr. Kamble, learned Advocates for the Petitioner.

We find that the corporation may consider the SUB

If there are any disputed issues which require recording of oral and documentary evidence, the corporation may accordingly advise the Petitioner. As such, let the representation be decided within a period of 45 days from today. If the corporation needs the assistance of the Petitioner on any specific issues, notice may be issued to the Petitioner and in which circumstances, the limit of 45 days can be extended to 90 days.
