Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. We are not required to advert to the entire submissions of the parties, keeping in view the communication dated 13th October 2025, by the Desk Officer, School Education and Sports Department, State of Maharashtra, addressed to the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Education Directorate, Maharashtra, Pune. The verification exercise to be conducted as the same is still pending, which is the grievance. 2.

In view of the above, Respondent No.2 is directed to comply with the terms of the communication dated 13th October, Gauri Gaekwad

In the event the Petitioner is found entitled to the benefits, follow-up action of calculating the dues shall be carried out and the arrears shall be paid within 45 days, thereafter. If an adverse order is passed, the Petitioner is at liberty to avail of a remedy as permissible in law.
