The Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents submit on instructions, that the pending application of the Petitioner dated 22nd October 2025, which is at page Nos.46 and 47 in the Petition paper book, would be considered on its own merits. If a hearing is found to be necessary or appropriate in the given facts and circumstances, the Petitioner would also be heard. By deciding the said application, the order of this Court dated 3rd SUB

12-WP-17251-2025.odt July, 2025 passed in PIL No.102 of 2023 would also be kept in view. He submits on instructions, that such a decision on the merits of the application by following the due procedure, would be taken on or before 15th January, 2026.

We have recorded the above statements made on instructions. We direct the Petitioner that until the decision of the authorities, no tournaments or trophy / matches would be held, except regular practice by the enrolled participants. If an adverse order is passed against the Petitioner, the same would not be effected for a period of 15 days to enable the Petitioner to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.

In view of the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
