Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Notice of Motion No. 2375 of 2024, which was initially filed as an Interim Application (L) No. 29437 of 2021 in Suit No. 116 of 2023, before the Suit came to be transferred to the City Civil Court in the wake of the enhancement of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL the pecuniary jurisdiction of the City Civil Court, has yet not been ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.12.24 19:35:24 +0530 decided.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner invites attention of the Court to an order dated 13th December 2023, wherein a statement made on behalf of Defendant Nos. 1, 9 and 10 about clearance of the arrears of transit rent, which according to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner 1/2
29-WP-17280-2025.DOC as of that date, stood to the tune of Rs.29,59,468/-, came to be recorded.

The Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Judge, City Civil Court, seized with Notice of Motion No. 2375 of 2024 in Suit No. 4652 of 2024, to hear and decide the said Notice of Motion No. 2375 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of two months from 22nd January 2026.

It is hereby made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter and the learned Judge, City Civil Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
Petition disposed.
