Prima facie, the impugned order passed by the Deputy Registrar is without jurisdiction as the provisions of Section 154B27 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 confers power of enforcement and not adjudication. The effect of the impugned order is to adjudicate substantive rights of the party, which is impermissible.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
