Ms. Shinde, the learned AGP submits that the proceeding is fixed before the Respondent No. 5, tomorrow i.e. 24th December 2025 and Writ Petitioners was directed to supply copy of the revision application as well as said petition to the opposite party i.e. Respondent No. 1. However, there is no clarity as to whether such direction has been complied with.

In view of the above, let this matter be listed again on 06th January 2026.

On the next date, Mrs. Shinde, the learned AGP to take instructions and also to produce roznama of the proceedings pending before the Respondent No. 5. The prayer for interim relief will be considered on the next date.
