In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. Apprehension is expressed by the Petitioners that the Sub-Divisional Officer may proceed with the hearing of the proceedings which were subject matter of challenge before the Hon'ble Minister.

We do not find any substance in the submission of the

LSP 2 43 wp 17312.25.doc Petitioners. The fact that the Hon'ble Minister has already heard the matter and closed the same for orders can always be brought to the notice of the Sub-Divisional Officer. In such view of the matter, the Sub-Divisional Officer can defer the hearing of the proceedings awaiting the orders of the Hon'ble Minister.
