By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to the Debts Recovery Tribunal No.3, Mumbai ("DRT-III") to dispose of the Securitization Application No.393 of 2024 along with the Interim Application bearing Diary No.3257 of 2025 in a time bound manner.

By an Order dated 21st November, 2025, the DRT-III has ------------------------------------------------- Order dated December 23, 2005

It has been laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Indian Overseas Bank vs. M/s. Radhey Infra Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. & Ors.,1 that the Securitization Application would require to be disposed of within a period of 60 days from the filing. 4.

We accordingly direct the DRT-III, Mumbai to dispose of the Securitization Application No.393 of 2024 along with the Interim Application bearing Diary No.3257 of 2025 within a period of 60 days from today.
