The Writ Petition had come up on the board today and was placed at 5.00 p.m. in view of compliance being required to be made by the Petitioner of their statement and Affidavit of Undertaking to vacate the subject premises.

Petitioner states that during the course of the day i.e. at 2.50 p.m., the Petitioner has handed over the keys of the subject premises to the Authorized Officer of the Respondent - Bank, thereby handing over physical possession of the subject premises. There is a panchnama (erroneously dated 24th November, 2025) and which should read as 24th December, 2025 recording that possession of the subject premises has been handed over by the Petitioner to the Authorized Officer of the Respondent - Bank.

In view thereof, the Petitioner has complied with their statement and Affidavit of Undertaking.

4.

No further Orders are required.
