Today, Mr. Bhushan Ulhas Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw this present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings against the order dated 17th October, 2025 passed by the Appellate Authority (Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal - Mumbai, sitting at Chennai) passed in Interim Application No.516 of 2024 (WoD) in Misc. Mr. S. Jain, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Ms. Kavita Solunke, Addl. G.P. for Respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 5, submits that they have no objection for the withdrawal of the present Petition, as the Petitioners have their independent remedies against the order passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal - Mumbai. 4.
In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw this present Petition. Petitioners are at liberty to pursue remedies as available in terms of law before the appropriate forum.

All the contentions of the parties in the present Petition are kept open.
