Heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State. 2.

Pursuant to the compliance of the directions contained in paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 18.11.2025, private Respondent i.e. Respondent No. 3 has given endorsement that he will not be available tomorrow i.e. on 17.12.2025 when the matter was fixed earlier.

Mr. Patil would submit that similarly on five occasions, Respondent No. 3 has been informed. He would submit that there is no grievance whatsoever with Respondent No. 3 and in that view of the matter, this Court may pass appropriate orders for demarcation as noted by Court in the order dated 18.11.2025.

Respondent No. 3 is adequately served with copy of the order dated 18.11.2025 as informed by Mr. Patil. Copy of this order shall also be served on Respondent No. 3 by Advocate for Petitioners and appropriate affidavit of service to that effect shall be filed on the next adjourned date.

One final opportunity is given to Respondent No. 3 to remain present on the next adjourned date. It is made clear that despite the service of this order if Respondent No. 3 remains absent on the next adjourned date, present Petition shall be determined by this Court in accordance with law after hearing the Petitioners. This order is passed to ensure that no grievance is made by Respondent No. 3 to the demarcation / sub-division as noted in previous order. 6.

Stand over to 10th March, 2026 under the caption "High on Board".
