Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6.

At the outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that he is only pressing for prayer clause (b) and not the other prayers.
In this view of the matter we are not going into the other reliefs sought for by the petitioner.

As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 10th December 2025, at the earliest and preferably within two months.

Considering this is the only relief sought for by the petitioner, we see no impediment in directing the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representation.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 10th December 2025 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
