The Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner has received voluminous documents of the Corporation on 18th December, 2025. His representation dated 15th December, 2025 disowning any connection with Prajapati constructions, which may have indulged in an illegal construction, needs to be decided in the light of the documents which the corporation has supplied to the Petitioner ( Pages 286). The learned Advocate for the Corporation, submits on instructions, that the said compilation of documents is served on the Petitioner by the corporation since a demand for the documents was made under the provisions of the Right to Information Act.
