The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission submits that the grievance of the Petitioner is looked into. Repeated names of voters have been identified and the concerned persons have been approached. If the name is found in more than one ward and appears in more than one polling booth, the person is given the option to select one booth and he would not be voting for the Nishad Patil

In the light of the above, the learned Advocate of Petitioner has taken instructions and submits that in the event the Petitioner is aggrieved for some reason and is advised to file an Election Petition, considering the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade and Others Versus The State Election Commission Mumbai and Others, 2021 (2) Mh.LJ 349, all contentions be kept open.

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on request and on instructions, with liberty. All contentions of all the stakeholders are kept open.
