Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner assails an order dated 7 July 2025, whereby the entertainment licence of the Petitioner has been cancelled by the Competent Authority. The Petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai, in the month of August 2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said appeal has not been heard.

The Writ Petition stands disposed, with a direction to the Respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai, to hear and decide the appeal preferred by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably, within a period of four weeks from 29 December 2025. SSP 1/2

The Petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 29 December 2025.
