Today, Mr. Pradyumna Sharma, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings as available in law to the Petitioner. Mr. R. L. Motwani, learned Advocate for Respondent does not object to the request made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, leave to withdraw the Petition is granted with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the remedies as available in terms of law.
