By this Writ Petition the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 - Poddar Brio International School (CBSE) for issuance of school leaving/school transfer certificate of the minor child Pratham Jayesh Pawar.

The Court notice has been issued to Respondent No.4 - Mr. Jayesh Gangaram Pawar, father of the minor child. The notice is yet to be issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2. The learned AGP appears for Respondent No.3. 3.

Accordingly, issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, returnable on 3 February 2026. Hamdast is permitted.
