After a marathon hearing on many dates in this matter, we listed it today for dictation of the order. 2.

However, the learned Advocate representing the Respondent No. 3 - College submits that a document tendered by the Petitioner to the College with the title 'Clearance Certificate issued by SVKM's NMIMS Deemed University', which is at Page No. 143 with the Affidavit-in-Reply of the College, has turned out to be a forged document. The said document was tendered by the Petitioner to the College. The College has received an E-mail along Sufiyan Syed - PA

905.AS.WP.17481.2025.odt with a copy of the actual Clearance Certificate from the NMIMS University. It is desired to file a short Affidavit to place the copy of the E-mail and the copy of the actual Clearance Certificate dated 13.10.2025, on record.

On the request of the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3, let the Affidavit be filed by Monday, 12th of January 2026. Copy be served upon the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, forthwith .

List this Petition in the 'Urgent Supplementary Board' on 13th January 2026.
