It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that though the hearing was fixed on 8th December, 2025, by the impugned Order dated 3rd December, 2025, which is at page No. 49, virtually the entire dispute is decided rendering the show cause notice illusory. Learned counsel also relied upon the report dated 22nd December, 2025 which according to him indicates that the entire royalty has been paid and hence Amk 1/2
