The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to exhaust the alternative remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
