The petitioner - managing committee member of a housing society has been disqualified on the ground that her husband is carrying out business of letting and subletting premises in the housing society of which petitioner is the managing committee member.

Prima facie, based on such finding, petitioner cannot be justified.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

4.

However, pendency of the present writ petition shall not preclude the revisional authority from deciding revision application.
