The petition arises out of the rejection of the application for stay in revision filed by the petitioner, arising out of the disqualification of the petitioner as a member of the managing committee. However, it is informed that on 21st December, 2025, a new chairman is elected.

The election of the new chairman shall not effect, so far as the disqualification of the petitioner as a member till the decision of the of the revision application. Hence, till the disposal

908-WP-17565-25.doc of the revision application, he shall be entitled to continue as a member, however, his right shall be subject to decision of revision.

It is made clear that the revisional authority shall consider the matter uninfluenced by the grant of interim relief by this Court.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
