We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP.

Learned AGP opposes the Petition. This Petition can be disposed of by directing Tahsildar, Bhor to consider the objections raised by the Petitioner which are at page nos. 17, 19 and 23 of the paper-book and take the same to its logical end within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures that the Petitioner will present himself before Tahsildar, Bhor along with copy of this order on 15/01/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
