These Petitioners who claim to be identically placed, contend that they are TAIT qualified candidates who can register themselves on the Pavitra Portal.

The Petitioners figure in the TET Exam result scam and their TET examination results have been cancelled. However, they have acquired Graduation + B.Ed. qualification. Petitioner No.2 in the first Petition, Swati Raghunath Kudpane is also CTET qualified. In the light of the extensive order of this Court dated 14.09.2023 in WP 8534/2023 (Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others), the Petitioners would be eligible for registering themselves on the Pavitra Portal, as they have passed TAIT.

In view of the above, if any of these Petitioners are covered by the qualifying clauses set out in the order dated 14.09.2023, the Respondents Maharashtra State Council of Examination and Commissioner (Education) Maharashtra State, Pune, would consider
each case by conducting a thorough scrutiny and only if they are eligible, they may be permitted to participate by registering themselves on the Pavitra Portal.

These Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 5.
Considering several identical orders passed by this Court as well as by the Benches, some of which are placed on record in the Petition paper book, each of these Petitioners would send an individual email on the email address "edupavitra2022@gmail.com" by setting forth their full name, their TAIT examination roll number, their cellular phone number, their Writ Petition number and the date of the order of this Court i.e. 24.12.2025. Let each case to be specifically scrutinized to the extent of their eligibility for registration on the Pavitra Portal and the Petitioners would be accordingly informed.

The Petitioners shall send such emails urgently before the cut off date i.e. 29.12.2025.
