1) The substantive prayer in the Petition is to direct the Respondent No. 1 to hear the Revision Application No.2097 of 2025, under Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, pending on the file of Respondent No.1, in time bound manner.

2) Record indicates that, the Petitioners filed the said Revision on 24th November, 2025. Thereafter Petitioners have filed an Application on 10th December, 2025 for taking up the said case on Board before the Hon'ble Minister. Present Petition is immediately filed thereafter on 21st December, 2025.

KSG 20-WP-17578-2025.doc If the Petitioners are having such great urgency, they would have filed an Application for taking up the said Revision or his Interim Application for hearing before the same Authority. Without undertaking the said exercise, the Petitioners have directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. According to us present Petition is thoroughly misconceived.

3) In view of the above, we see no reason to entertain the Petition and Petition is accordingly dismissed.
