Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 3rd September 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Pune below Exhibit-43 in Petition No. A-1999 of 2021, by which amendment Application filed by the Petitioner has been rejected. The learned Judge of the Family Court, while rejecting the Application, has observed that the Application has been filed at the stage of cross-examination. 3.

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the Order dated 3rd September 2025 in Appeal, if ultimately the said Petition No. A-1999 of 2021 is decreed in favour of the Respondent i.e. Original Petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with leave as sought.
