In addition to Court notice, learned counsel for the petitioners to serve the respondent Nos.3 and 4, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. 5.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, in the meantime, till the next date, no precipitative action to be taken with respect to the land situated at Gat No.220, Rohkal, Taluka Khed, District Pune, since according to the petitioners the said land is a Gairan land and that there are tribals living on the said land. 6.

In the meantime, the respondents to file their responses in the Registry on or before 31st January, 2026, with an advance copy to the other-side.
