By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking correction of the name "Bhosle Vinod Ashok" in the school leaving certificate as "Bhosle Vinod Mahadev" as well as in the mark sheet of SSC and HSC examinations. 2.

The Petitioner has not addressed any representation/written communication to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 for the prayers sought for in the Writ Petition.

The Petitioner shall accordingly address a communication in terms of prayer sought for in the Writ Petition to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 as well as Respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Maharashtra. Upon receipt of such application/representation, the same shall be considered by Respondent Nos.4 and 5 as well as by Respondent No.2 on its own merits within a period of two weeks from the receipt thereof.
