CORAM: N.J.JAMADAR, J.
DATE :
6 APRIL 2026 P.C.
1.
Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2.
The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 18 January 2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Niphad, whereby the learned District Judge, by way of ad-interim relief, stayed the execution and operation of the notice issued by Respondent No.5 to execute the order passed by the Mamlatdar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Misc. Civil Appeal No.3 of 2025 may be directed to be heard expeditiously. 4.
Since the said appeal arises out of an order passed by the Mamlatdar under the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, the prayer for expeditious hearing of the appeal appears justifiable.
