Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 7th November, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, whereby the issues have been recast.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction for expedite hearing of the suit instituted for specific performance of the contract. As the Agreement for Sale is purported to be of the year 1995, it may be expedient to request the learned Civil Judge to hear and decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.

The petition stands disposed with request to the learned Civil Judge to decide RCS/408/2018 as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably, within a period of one year from the next listing of the suit.

The parties shall co-operate with the learned Civil Judge for an expeditious hearing and disposal of the suit and shall not seek unnecessary adjournment.

The petition stands disposed.
