The Petitioner in the first Petition, bears the name Manisha, wf/o Satish Mahale. Her name can also be read as Manisha Satish Mahale. If the surname is taken first alphabetically, her name would read as Mahale Manisha Satish, also known as Mahale Manisha, wf/o Satish. Her name as recorded in the State

His name as recorded in the State Assembly Electoral Roll is Satish Digambar Mahale. However, for the purpose of the Corporation Elections, his name has been wrongly mentioned in the electoral roll as Digambar Mahale Satish. 3.
The learned Advocate for the State Election Commission, on instructions from Mr. Suryakrishnamurty, Deputy Secretary, State Election Commission, who is present in the Court hall, submits that the Returning Officer would consider all these aspects and, after verifying the Aadhaar Card and the Legislative Assembly Electoral Roll for Constituency No.7, Dhule City, the nomination forms of both the Petitioners, namely Manisha and
