The petitioners are challenging the order dated 4 August 2025 passed by the Revisional Authority against an order of reaudit passed in exercise of power under Section 81(6) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Since the order of re-audit passed n exercise of Section 81(6) of the MCS Act cannot be termed as order or decision as contemplated by Section 154 of the MCS Act. The Revisional Authority was justified in dismissing the revision application, however, it shall be open for the petitioner to challenge order dated 9 December 2021 by adopting appropriate proceedings, which are permissible in law.
