The Respondent No.1 herein has filed the Petition before the Family MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE Court, Mumbai seeking declaration that the purported marriage between the Petitioner in the present Petition and Respondent No.3 is illegal, null and void. The Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that as the objection is taken to the maintainability of the said Petition in the present form appropriate application for amendment seeking leave to amend the said Petition will be filed.

In view of the said statement, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. However, after the decision on amendment application, it would be open to the Petitioner to raise the issue of maintainability of the Petition if it still survives. 3.
