Fifty Two Lakh) deposited by the appellant in the office of this Court in First Appeal No.203 of 2025 arising out of LAR No.130 of 2007, alongwith accrued interest, be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambajogai in Execution Petition

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // ( 2 ) 911-FA-203-2025 (LAR Darkhast) No. 05 of 2025 filed by the claimants. The Org. Respondent/Appellant to pay the remaining amount, if any, as per above calculation within six (6) months from today." 3.

So far as Respondent No.13 Ramkishan s/o. Manaji Shep is concerned, he died during the pendency of appeal and his legal heirs are directed to be brought on record by order dated 12.03.2026. The names of legal heirs of Respondent No.13 be shown in the title clause of the order dated 07.05.2026.
