Heard learned counsel for the appellant/Insurer and learned counsel for respondent No.4/Insurance Company.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the respondent No.4 that in view of the reduction of amount compensation granted by the Tribunal further order is required to be passed permitting both the appellant as well as respondent No.4 to withdraw proportionate excess amount deposited in the Court, no prejudice will cause to the claimant if such order is passed. 1/2
S.S.Kilaje P1-FA-793-25.doc Hence Clause No. 8(e) of the operative order of the impugned order be replaced as "The Appellant insurer as well as respondent No.4 - Insurance Company are permitted to withdraw the excess amount deposited before the Tribunal in proportion to their respective claims." 4.
Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order and the corrected order be uploaded. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. 5.
The pracipe is disposed of.
